Flo came in the store all excited about a place to sell her magnificent sweaters.

One of her baby sweaters was featured in the newspaper.

Three card makers are now with us.  Each has her own technique.

First, we have Vi with ink art and the ability to create anything on the card you wish.

Then came Sandra who is very active in the store and helps create a fun interesting environment for customers and our crafters.

Most of Sandra's cards have a 3D effect.  Her Christmas cards are now on display.  New techniques, I'm sure, will follow.

Ginny has a good variety of cards and works full-time.

We have another Vi who does paper tole.  Absolutely amazing work!

Let's talk quilts!  Look at the wonderful creations of our mother-daughter team, Carol and Wanda

Amazing machine embroidery on squares of well-made beautiful quilts.

They embroider pictures on jeans for children,

Also jeans, skirts and vest for ladies.

They also make beautiful throw pillows.

Carol works full-time and visits the store occasionally while Wanda spends as much time as she can  socializing with customers and fellow crafters.

Here we have the works of the amazing duo, Ruth and Irene, with all their hand-stitched quilts.

This dynamic duo also does some paintings that are hanging around the store for sale.  I will enter some of them later.

Then we have Lucienda or Lucy as we call her.  She does her quilts completely by hand,  cutting the squares, sewing them together and then quilting them.

Lucy entered many of her projects in the Welland Fair and the Wainfleet Fair and won  first place at both for one of her quilts.  She is on to the regional competition.

Leta and Lucy both entered items in the Welland Fair and won many prizes.

Leta, Lucy and Betty all entered the Wainfleet Fair and won sooooooooooooooo many prizes.  Their works were displayed in the largest window of the store and, WOW, it was full.  After a week, a smaller display was made in the store so the articles would not be sun damaged.  Here are a few pictures of the display.

Do come and see us at 17 Clarence Street in Port Colborne.  Right now our hours are Monday, Friday and Saturday  10 am to 4 pm.

Along came Shirley with her amazing quilting.  Shirley does craft shows and sometimes is at the Port Colborne Market on Fridays and the Welland Market on Sat.

She creates table runners and toys like Raggedy Anne and Andy and sock monkeys.

She also makes potato bags for baking potatoes in the microwave and teapot cozies.

Our next crafter to join is Raechal. She is a young mother who recently (in the last 5 years) learned to crochet and makes some wonderful hats, barefoot sandals and head bands with flowers to dress up your little girls.

Our first crafter to join our little group (Leta, Betty and Adeline) is Estelle.  She brought in two different products to sell.  One is packaged dried meals - soups chilis and more.  Delicious!

The other is beautiful stained glass pieces and nite-lights.
